WWE giving up on Jack Swagger!

The latest issue of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter reports that WWE has “given up” on pushing Jack Swagger to superstardom as he has not quite panned out as officials had initially hoped.

When he first showed up on the WWE scene a little over a year ago, “The All-American American” was pegged as the future of the company due to his tremendous size. Nowadays, he’s considered a comedy figure ranked slightly lower than Chavo Guerrero on the Raw pecking order. Furthermore, some feel he’s in danger of becoming “this year’s Chris Masters.”

This will be a stupid move by WWE, he is a future star and should be getting pushed more.

Swagger is good, but I dont think he's at that standard where they're really to but him up against the likes of Orton and Cena.

Which is really stupid seeing as Swagger has previous wrestling background.. He's not quite Angle but he's close to it

Yeah your right but if they had of kept his fued with The Miz going and had Swagger get the US title, The Miz could go on to fued with someone else to raise him higher & Swagger could fued with someone else while holding the title then lose it to another up and commer and then fued with someone like Cena.
WWE just gives up way to quick with their new talents, now that they have Drew Mclntyre & Sheamus they feel like Swagger & even Dolph Ziggler are usless now. IMO Sheamus has gotten to big of a push way to early, Swagger would have been better to face Cena as he has held a Championship & all Sheamus has done is attacked people never really won a mactch against anyone cleanly on Raw. Sheamus will get his WWE Title match & if he doesn't do well he will be in the same boat as Swagger and then WWE will have someone else from FCW come up who they thing is the next bi thing and it will repeat all over again.

Sheamus... A walking disaster; First he forces Noble to retire cause Sheamus cant wrestle or tan, then he gives Scott Armstrong a concussion, again cause he cant wrestle..

They only gave Swagger a push at the ECW title and as soon as he goes to Raw he loses all status power he has from ECW

Yeah if that was anyone else who knocked out Armstrong then they would be on notice, not getting a WWE Championship on their second PPV. And Swagger is below Chavo now when the hell did this happen? I told you when Swagger teamed up with Chavo & Masters that it wasn't a good sign lol.

I really don't see what WWE sees in Sheamus.

Nor do I, sure he has some skill but he isnt what you call main event material, a month and he's already getting a title shot, and he's a nobody

WWE just gives up on people way to early, they have a new flavour of the month each month.

Next month will be Escobar or that other new guy

There were reports only 2 weeks ago saying that WWE had given up on Escobar lol.

And he's only been ther a month... Why must they do that, not everyone wants Cena to win

I wouldn't be surprised if Eric Escobar is released soon, after what happens on Smackdown this week he could be gone by Monday.

lol it says Swagger might be this years Chris Masters.....then who is Chris Masters this year lol.

Maybe he'll actually be someone good

I don't think Masters has won a match since his return, his return match with MVP was doulble count out. If th reports are ture then Swagger's only way to get anywhere in WWE is back on ECW or maybe on Smackdown.

Or Swagger could do the Pec Dance and become a instant hit again
